29/10/2014 DirectAsia 新聞中心, English began operations in Hong Kong in March 2012. An early pioneer in direct personal insurance, provides quick and easy access to car, motorcycle, travel, health and term life insurance products online with full support from an award-winning contact centre.
We would like to thank the HKCCA for once again recognizing our efforts to provide Hong Kong with our brand’s BOLD, BRIGHT and DIRECT style of customer service. Because we sell our products primarily online and not through agents, our Contact Centre is an essential part of our business that allows us to deliver authentic, personal customer service to our clients. Since starting two years ago, we have continuously looked to improve and view each acknowledgment and award as confirmation we’re heading in the right direction.
In the corporate category, the Hong Kong Customer Care team was awarded the following:

  •  Inbound Contact Centre for the year: Silver Award
  •  Mystery Caller Assessment: Gold Award
  • Best Contact Centre in Training and People Development: Merit Award

In the individual category, Gratiano was deservedly received the Gold award for Inbound Contact Centre Manager of the Year.

It is my great honour to receive this prestigious award from the HKCCA. I would like to thank the judges for the insights I gained going through the assessment journey, which have already been very fruitful and will continue to motivate me to do even better! I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to and EXCO for their continuous support. At the same time, I would also like to thank my “SUPER” Contact Centre Team for their commitment and passion to deliver a great journey to our customers. Leading such a talented Team helps make everything “fast and easy” – as our brand promises!
