Since we operate primarily online, you can make changes to your personal details anytime you wish, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The majority of your policy information can easily be managed through our website. All your details are stored in your My Account area, where you can alter your particulars, such as contact information – and much else besides. If for any reason you need to talk to us, you can call our customer service centre on 2884 8888 Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm and on Saturday: 9am to 6pm. At DirectAsia.com we are dedicated to providing you with top quality insurance products and services, but disputes do occasionally arise. If we cannot resolve the dispute between us, then it may be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, where it will be settled in accordance with that body’s procedures.
